1. Order Cancellation

For Online Orders

  • You may cancel your order within 1 hour of purchase if you change your mind.
  • Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer applicable.

2. Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

You may return products under the following conditions:

  • Non-Perishable Items: Return within 7 days of purchase with proof of purchase (sales invoice or order number).
  • Perishable Items: Returns must be initiated within 48 hours of purchase.
  • Returns will only be accepted if there are issues with quality, price discrepancies, or validity.

  • For offline purchases, return the product to the store with proof of purchase.

Exchange or Replacement

You are entitled to a replacement product of equal value or a refund equivalent to the amount of the returned product.

3. Delivery Policy

  • Delivery Limits: Products can be delivered up to the 2nd floor of a building without extra charges. If delivery exceeds the 2nd floor and there is no lift, an additional charge of Tk 10 will apply for every 5 kg of weight over 15 kg.
  • Delivery Time: We strive to deliver orders on the same day. In case of delays, delivery will be completed within 48 hours.

4. Refund Policy

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned product.
  • Money will be refunded to your mobile banking account (e.g., Bkash, Nagad etc.).

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • If the product was purchased at an offer price, the refund or replacement will be based on the offer price.

Multiple Payment Methods

  • For orders with multiple payment methods, refunds will be prioritized to the mobile banking portal or as per convenience.
